去除寄生虫的方法

　　These external pests are considerably lager than mites. Some resemble dark colored, somewhat circular disks with legs much more obvious than those of mites. When fully engorged with blood, some are bulbous and balloon shaped. Obviously since the hatch from microscopically sized eggs, they can be any size from that of a speck of dust to almost （1/2）'' （12mm）.

　　The same procedures for eliminating mites on your snake apply to ticks. The main difference is that ticks are not so easily washed off. In fact, it can be difficult to remove them without leaving the mouth parts embedded in the skin of snake. Left in the skin, these can cause infection, so if you remove them manually, do so very slowly and use a magnifying glass to ensure you did not dismember the ticks. If the infestation is great, I recommend not moving more than 10 ticks per day. More than that can result in open sores in quantities sufficient to invite infection. Many ticks can be persuaded to release their attachment to your corn by dripping rubbing alcohol onto the tick's body. One drop is recommended since the penetration into your corn by the tick allows the alcohol to enter the snake's bloodstream. This can be potentially elicit a violent reaction from you corn as the alcohol makes contact with the point of penetration, so be prepared for a lurch from the snake or even a bite of protest.

　　去除壁虱的做法也同样适用于去除扁虱。主要的区别之处在于扁虱不容易冲洗掉。事实上，不把它们咬住蛇的皮肤的嘴移除是很难拿掉它们的。从皮肤上移除可能会导致感染，所以如果你想用手摘除它们，动作要很缓慢并且用放大镜来保证你没有撕碎扁虱。如果寄生虫太多情况很严重，我建议每天去除不多于10只扁虱。去除得太多会产生大量疮口引发感染。许多扁虱可以通过滴上酒精擦拭的办法来解除它们在你的玉米身上的附着物，从而达到祛除的效果。一滴酒精就可以渗入玉米体内吸收进入蛇的血管对付扁虱。在酒精渗透入蛇体时，这会潜在地诱发蛇的剧烈反应，所以要对爱蛇的蹒跚动作甚至是反抗的一咬做好心理准备哦。
